Maple Cured Bacon – a subtle sweet-savoury cure that caramelises brilliantly.
Proper bacon, made the traditional way. Our bacon is hand dry cured on the farm using time-honoured methods that put flavour first — no shortcuts. Made from our rare breed pork and cured with the rind left on for extra character and that proper old-fashioned finish in the pan.
Each pack is vacuum packed for freshness and convenience, with an approx. pack weight of 350–400g.
